Bed and Breakfast Description

This light and airy house is a family run business, owned and operated by Chris and Julie, who took over in 1997. Since then, lots of additional features and comforts have been added for guests enjoyment. We aim to provide the right balance between the comfort and independence of a quality hotel and the individuality and welcome of a B&B.

The rooms at The Rosemont have all been refurbished in recent years to include en-suite facilities, new beds and furnishings. This is a continual process.

All rooms featured have remote control Digital TV's, DVD players, DAB Radios, hospitality trays with tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water and lots of those extra special little touches to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable.

Breakfast

Traditional English breakfast with many other choices available.

There is ample parking for all of our guests.

We welcome guests with children. A travel cot is available.

Well behaved dogs (and their owners!) are very welcome.

We are proud to display our 4 star quality rating on our website to show our guests how much quality means to us at The Rosemont.

B&B Location
From the end of the M5 Motorway at Exeter there are 2 options*

-Follow the A38 to Plymouth and then head North on the A386 signposted to Tavistock.
-Follow the A30 (towards Okehampton) and then turn South on the A386 signposted to Tavistock, continue through Tavistock following signs to Plymouth.
-As you enter Yelverton, you will come to a roundabout. Take the exit signposted Princetown (B3212). Once on the Princetown road take the FIRST LEFT (the turning is only 25 metres from the roundabout).

The Rosemont is the first house on the left of the row of houses directly in front of you.

Although very picturesque, your journey will take longer and involve some narrow, winding Devon Lanes!
