Atholl Lodge is a spacious and well presented guesthouse. With an attractive breakfast dining room and conservatory, secure parking and quiet location, the guest house is a popular port of call for business people and other visitors to Birmingham seeking a friendly welcome and good value accomodation.

We offer a variety of guest rooms to suit your requirements and budget, with 11 guest rooms all equipped with wash hand basin in room, tea and coffee making facilities and colour television.

Take a hearty breakfast in our attractive dining room (evening meals available by request).

Driving to Atholl Lodge from London or the South East
From the M1 northbound ‘Aylesbury, The North’ • Leave the motorway at Junction 19 and go straight ahead for M6 (direction Birmingham, Coventry [North], [M6] The North-West) • Leave the M6 at Junction 3 and go straight ahead onto the M42 (direction Solihull [M42], Lichfield, N.E.C and Airport) • Leave the M42 at Junction 6 and go straight ahead for the A45 (Coventry Road) towards ‘[A45] Birmingham (SE), Train Station and Airport’ and straight on to join •At the roundabout on Coventry Road take the first exit the A4040 Yardley Road • Turn left onto the B4146 Yardley Road • Turn left onto Elmdon Road • Atholl Lodge is on your left hand side.

Driving to Atholl Lodge from the West of the UK
• From the M5 direction ‘Worcester, B’ham, [M5] The Midlands • Leave the M5 and join the M42 at Junction 4a (Redditch, N.E.C and Airport, London [via M40], [M42] The North-East, B’ham (S & E) • Leave the M42 ath Junction 5 and go straight on to the A41 (Solihull Bypass) direction ‘[A41] Solihull’ • Continue on to the A41 ‘ Solihull Bypass’ - ‘Warwick Road’ • Turn right onto the B4146 ‘Dudley Park Road’ leading to ‘Yardley Road’ • Turn right onto Elmdon Road • Atholl Lodge is on your left hand side.

The guest house is a five minute walk from Acocks Green railway station which is on the Chiltern London Marylebone to Birmingham line. There is a frequent rail service between Solihull, Acocks Green and Birmingham, with the journey time being approximately 7 minutes from Acocks Green to Solihull and Acocks Green to Birmingham. If travelling to Atholl Lodge from London Euston, it is easy to disembark at Birmingham International and to take the 11c bus or a fifteen minute taxi ride.

Acocks Green is served by numerous bus routes, including the Outer Circle (11a / 11c) which is the longest urban bus route in any European city
