You will be hard pushed to find a better location from which to explore the local countryside, whether on foot, by bike or on horseback. The area surrounding the hotel is a designated area of natural beauty, where rare Red Kites have been re-introduced. Keep your eyes peeled for a sighting of the rare Red Kite population, not to mention the deer, foxes and badgers that live in an area brimming with beautiful wild plants and flowers.

Set in such a peaceful and relaxing environment, the Fox Country Inn is also ideally situated for visits to Marlow, Henley, High Wycombe, the Dashwood Estate and Hellfire Caves. Also within easy reach are Cliveden and the villages of Fingest, Turville and Hambleden, which has featured in Midsomer Murders and the Vicar of Dibley.
