A former coaching inn, the Commercial Hotel has been run by the same family for over 100 years. It is well-known locally for its warm, Cornish welcome and excellent value food. We are only a mile from Cape Cornwall, which is a wonderful walk from the hotel.

The area is rich in Cornish culture and Heritage, with ancient Celtic sites, hidden coves and close to the popular beaches at Sennen Cove and Porthcurno.

All bedrooms are en-suite with colour televisions, hair dryers, tea/coffee making facilities and are non smoking. There are drying and ironing facilities available to guests upon request.

With our large secluded garden and patio, the Commercial is ideal for families. We also offer a children's play area and frequent barbecues in the summer.

Our conservatory and dining room has a wonderful light and airy atmosphere and leads directly out onto the patio and garden area.

We have two spacious bars each with their own very different atmosphere. The lounge bar is quiet and comfortable ideal for a snack or meal. Our "bottom" bar is where you will find our local characters and pool table.

In particular during the winter months you will often find pool darts or euchre matches in progress. "Euchre" baffles many of it's spectators.
