Our Lynton hotel itself lies at the entrance to the Valley of Rocks just a step or two from our front door

John & Sally have been running The Denes Guesthouse since April 2000 and we still enjoy welcoming new guests in addition to our many returning guests. Perhaps its the splendor of Exmoor, or the charms and antiquity of Lynton, or maybe the warmth of our welcome and generous hospitality that makes The Denes an idyllic place to stay.

We have four en-suite rooms and one with private bathroom facilities. Two rooms can offer twin bedded or family accommodation.

All our rooms at The Denes are either en-suite or with private facilities. They are complete with hospitality trays, heating and clock radio alarms. The en-suite rooms have additionally TVs. Have a look at each room in turn to see what it can offer you. Or you may wish to relax with a drink in our guest lounge with TV, DVD & Video. Music for all tastes; classical, jazz or the latest rock, we have it all!

Children are welcome of all ages, however they are expected to remain seated during meal times and must be supervised in the guest's lounge.

Child reductions, babies under 1 no charge but one off charge of £5 is made if a cot is required.
