The residents lounge is equipped with colour television and a wide variety of books.

Elegant diningroom with adjacent cosy bar.

Full English breakfasts.

Open all year with central heating

There is parking for all 10 rooms in the grounds where you will also find a grassed garden.

Take M5 to Exeter. Follow signs to Torquay, then onto the B3192 to Teignmouth.

Pass Teignmouth Golf Course on the right, cemetery on the left and two large playing fields on the left.

Immediately after going under the pedestrian 'walk over' turn right into Landscore Road.

Pass Upper Hermosa, Rope Walk and Thorney Drive, all on the right hand side then turn immediately LEFT into our concealed driveway.

Nearest Railway Station: Teignmouth
