Weir View is ideally placed to offer outstanding luxurious accommodation at extremely affordable prices. This 9 bedroom guest house features :- 6 Large Executive Suites, most of which have 4 Poster or Sleigh Beds, and 3 Standard Bedrooms, all with contemporary ensuite bathrooms.
Most of our rooms have stunning views of the River Thames & Pangbourne Weir.
BREAKFAST ROOM
COFFEE LOUNGE
o The breakfast room operates as a coffee lounge after breakfast hours. Here our guests are able to enjoy a cup of percolated coffee, read a magazine or newspaper, or watch satellite TV in comfortable surroundings.
INTERNET ACCESS
Available free of charge to guests throughout the day in the coffee lounge.
BEDROOMS
All our bedrooms have TV, telephone & modem lines, en-suite luxury bathrooms, mini-bar, tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryer & trouser presses.
Our rooms all come with either Double, King or Queen Size beds. We have put-up beds available, should guests not wish to share. We have 3 ground floor rooms (1 x Standard Room and 2 x Executive Suites) which are ideal for handicapped guests. The rooms are ideally placed near exit areas, and the Executive Suites in particular are extremely spacious.
FAMILY ROOMS
We have put-up beds & baby cots available, should a family room be required. Guests are requested to bring their own bedding for their use in the cot. Please telephone our reception for these rates.
LAUNDRY
Guest Laundry is sent out of house, same day service available.
IRONING
We are able to provide an Iron & and Ironing Board for guests use.

Pangbourne is a beautiful small town nestled between The Berkshire Downs and The Chiltern Hills. Even though it is small in size, we are well served by a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and a number of pubs with great settings by the riverside, all within a couple of minutes walk from Weir View House Hotel. You will also find a chemist, off licence, banks and across the river in our neighbouring village Whitchurch, we even have an Art Gallery.
Reading, only 15 minutes drive, lies in the heart of the Thames Valley region. A large bustling town, with a good selection of shops. It now boasts a newly created centre built around the Canal, the Oracle Shopping Centre, which along with a good selection of shops, houses a cinema and several restaurants and wine bars.
By Train:
Pangbourne to Reading is just two stops - 9 mins
Pangbourne to Oxford - 40 mins
Pangbourne to London - 40 mins
Just 5 mins drive in the direction of Oxford, in the village of Basildon, we have Child Beale Wildlife Park and Basildon Park House. Both worthy of a visit.
There really is so much to offer in the surrounding area that in reception you will find leaflets of lots of things to do, see and visit. Please feel free to browse at any time.

From the M4, exit at Junction 12, take the first exit off the motorway roundabout (if coming from London/Reading), the third exit if coming from the West and follow the signs for Theale/Pangbourne. Continue over the first roundabout and at the second take the third exit following signs for Pangbourne. Continue along this road for a couple of miles.
As you arrive in Pangbourne Village continue straight ahead over a mini roundabout. Pass under the railway bridge and the entrance to Weir View will be on this left hand side (approx 50 metres from the bridge).
