Bed and Breakfast Description

 

The cottage has undergone major renovation in recent years with period features like this inglenook fireplace being sympathetically restored.

The bedrooms (one on the ground floor) all have a southern aspect overlooking open countryside.

All are ensuite with central heating and Television. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided.

 

Exeter Attractions

 
Broadclyst is an ideal location for exploring Mid and East Devon. The National Trust's Killerton House and Knightshayes are 5 minutes and 30 minutes drive respectively.

DIRECTIONS TO HEATH GARDENS
From M5
Exit at jcn 29 and take A30 towards Honiton. Keep in left
hand lane and leave A30 after 1/3 ml signed Rockbeare. 1 ½ mls take
left turn to Broadclyst and after a further 1 ½ mls turn right at Clyst
Vale College towards Whimple. Heath Gardens is approx ¼ ml on
the left.

From A303/A30
Approx 6 mls after Honiton exit A30 at DAISYMOUNT
( 2nd Ottery St. Mary turn ).Follow signs for Rockbeare which takes
you onto the old A30. After approx 4 mls turn right to Broadclyst
and follow directions above. ( after “left to Broadclyst” ).

Nearest Public House/Bar: New Inn  (1/2  Miles)
