Local Attractions
|
There are 22 miles of coastline, cliffs, coves and beaches and walks to rival any in the South West of England, with a climate that belongs somewhere much further south. There are opportunities for surfing, safe swimming, diving, sailing, angling and wonderful opportunities to study the natural wildlife at your leisure
Stunning views are to be seen just about every where across the Bay, out over the English Channel, along the 40 miles of Lyme Bay to Portland Bill or inland towards the Tors of Dartmoor. Torquay is an ideal base from which to visit Dartmouth, Totnes, Exeter and Plymouth, all of which are only a few miles distant.
Torquay is a place to relax, to soak up the atmosphere, to take in the scenery, the parks and the gardens and to enjoy the experience of a holiday in a classical English seaside resort, at all times of the year.

B&B Location
|
Making your way to the M5 South bound, passing the Bristol exit, you will see the signs for the South West and the A38. Follow these all the way to Torquay. Upon entering Torquay you will see a set of traffic lights by Torre Train Station. Take the right hand lane and follow the road (Avenue Road) down the hill.
Cross one set of traffic lights and turn sharp left at the second, into Falklands Road. Cross another set of traffic lights and Falklands Road becomes Lucius Street, which itself becomes Tor Church Road, where we are, on the left hand side of the road, opposite the Seascape Hotel.
