This 16th Century Devon Longhouse is situated on the outskirts of the village of Woodbury, approximately 6 miles from Exeter. Many of our guests return time after time to this dairy farm which has been farmed by our family for over 180 years.
We are perfectly positioned for Exeter International Airport, Sandy Park, CTCRM, Darts Farm, Westpoint Arena, Middlemoor, The Devon Record Office, Exeter University, Sowton and Marsh Barton Industrial Estates, Greendale Business Park and the Met Office.

The guest bedrooms are individually named after rivers which can be found nearby. They are the Exe, Otter and Clyst. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third has an en-suite shower room. Rooms are doubles or twins but are available for single occupancy at an attractive discount (subject to season). All rooms have central heating, hairdryer, radio alarm, digital TV, DVD and CD, electronic safe, hospitality tray with a range of beverages and biscuits, books, magazines, bottled water, bathrobes and a selection of toiletries.
