The Grosvenor is a spacious and inviting 11 bedroomed guest house with the feel of a small hotel.
We are situated in a superb location overlooking Summerleaze Beach near to the centre of town, with stunning views across the surrounding countryside including the river, canal and lock, castle and Compass Point.
Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and offer the most affordable and attractive accommodation in Bude.
During your stay why not sink into one of our large comfy sofas, or relax in our conservatory and enjoy the fabulous panoramic views.
Breakfast is served in our bright and sunny restaurant to give you the best start to the day!

All of our 11 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms or showers & WC, with the exception of the single room which has a separate private bathroom.
The rooms are comfortably furnished and attractively decorated. Amenities include a hospitality tray, colour TV with remote control, alarm clock radio, fresh white cotton towels & sheets, soap, bath gel and shampoo dispensers.
Premier rooms are situated at the front of the guest house with stunning panoramic views. We can offer a variety of accommodation including single, double or twin rooms, and 3 or 4 bed family rooms.
You will have your own key and access to the house throughout the day.
There are car parking spaces in front of the building for guests.
Our recently refurbished lounge bar has a relaxed and spacious seating area with large comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with DVD, VCR & Freeview and attractive ambient lighting.
The bar area offers tables and chairs where you can choose from our selection of board games or cards. You could also select a book from our bookshelves to read during your stay.
