Wake up to beautiful views over Carsington Water and the surrounding countryside. Guests have there own separate entrance, a comfortable sitting room with log fire, colour television, selection of books, games and magazines.

French windows open onto your own garden and patio area. Breakfast is served in the sitting room, which has a lovely view over the fields, down towards the water.

Enjoy a hearty English breakfast (cooked in the Aga not fried). Sourced from the best local produce, bacon, sausage and traditional oakcakes, home made bread and eggs from our own free range hens. Special diets can be catered for.

Evening meals are available in a wide choice of local restaurants and pubs and we would be delighted to offer you the benefit of our local knowledge.

Downstairs there is a pretty twin bedroom, with en-suite shower.

Upstairs adouble bedroom with exposed beams, also with an en-suite shower room.

Both rooms have radio/alarm clocks, hairdryers, magazines and a tea tray.
