Bed and Breakfast Description
 

We are a small, family run guest house conveniently located just off the London Road in Oxford.
All our rooms are furnished in a clean, crisp, comfortable fashion, most with en suite facilities.

Within easy reach, are many of Oxfords hospitals, Brookes University, the BMW car plant, Oxford Business Park together with easy access to the M40.

Our Prices range from £30-£55 per night, including cereals, fruit juice, a full English or Continental Breakfast (or both!). Any special dietary requirements are welcomed.

All rooms have TV and tea & coffee making facilities.

We have ample parking and please note, we are a non smoking house.

As you can see, all our rooms are furnished and maintained in a bright, modern fashion to make your stay a pleasant one.
 

Headington Attractions
 
We are ideally situated in the historic university city of Oxford and on the edge of the Cotswolds with its many quaint villages and varied attractions.

Woodstock village, with its antique shops, tea-houses, cafes, restaurants and bars is only 15 minutes away. Blenheim Palace and its beautifully landscaped grounds are located alongside Woodstock.

Warwick Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon and Cheltenham are all around 40 minutes away.

In addition, many National Trust properties such as Waddesdon Manor are all within easy reach.
 

B&B Location
 
At the main set of traffic lights on the London Road turn onto Windmill Road.
Carry on down Windmill Road, which becomes The Slade once you pass the traffic lights.
We are located 200 metres past the traffic lights on the left hand side.
