The comfortable bedrooms (double (2), twin and family) all have full en-suite facilities, and are equiped with central heating, colour television, radio/alarms, hair dryers and generous hospitality trays.

In the evening you can relax in the conservatory, or in the lounge, with log fire in the winter.

In our sunny dining room you will be served a traditional Cumbrian breakfast, using good local produce, or a lighter Continental breakfast should you prefer it. Vegetarians are also well catered for. Packed lunches are available on request.

We are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area, and have a wealth of maps, guide books and local information for your use. Drying facilities are available for walkers. There is ample off road parking.
