Two handsome Victorian town houses respectfully furnished and immaculately presented, retaining many original features and period furniture. Newton house is conveniently located close to the cities Restaurants & Pubs, the Thames, Oxford University, the Theatre and city centre shopping.

Newton House: offers warm, comfortable accommodation, with an informative, efficient, friendly service at a competitive price. All our bedrooms are light and spacious with a high standard of cleanliness. The house is frequently decorated sympathetically avoiding a contrast with the character, and maintaining a high fresh standard of decor throughout the house.

5 minutes walk to Hinksey park with open air swimming, picnic area & lake
Small grocery store in the immediate area, super store a short drive away
Ideal road links to the A40 to M40 & ¾ to the Ring Road & A34

We are ¾ of a mile to Gloucester Green coach station and ¾ of a miile to the rail station.
Please note that the train station is not in the city centre and is in fact the same distance as we are ½ to the centre.

Historic Christchurch : Inspired, featured and famous, and the entrance is just 5 minutes walk away. Once there it's possible to walk along the meadow and River Cherwell to the botanic gardens by Magdalen Bridge, then up the high street into Oxford's centre passing other historic sites such as the Radcliffe Camera.
