Old Bewick Farmhouse is a Grade II listed building situated in the unspoilt Beautiful countryside of North Northumberland. The imposing Georgian farmhouse was built around 1800 and has amazing panoramic views of the Cheviot Hills and Breamish Valley.
If you are looking to visit the wonderful area of North Northumberland, Old Bewick Farmhouse is ideally situated 15 minutes drive from the historic town of Alnwick and 10 minutes drive from the ancient market town and parish of Wooler. We are located within easy reach of the Heritage Coast, Northumberland National park, and many other historical attractions.
Our aim is to create a warm and welcoming environment in which you can enjoy your stay at Old Bewick Farmhouse. We have designed the rooms to ensure maximum comfort and quality. All rooms have excellent facilities such as, Sky TV, DVD, Tea & coffee tray, hairdryer and iron. We provide quality linen, towels, toiletries and some of those little extras you may have forgotten to pack!
The Tweed Family/Best Friend suite is ideal for visitors with children or friends travelling together. The suite comprising a large double room with an adjoining door to a twin room, leading to en-suite bathroom equipped with a sink, WC, bath and shower over. We welcome children and also provide a travel cot and high chair for your convenience. In addition to the sleeping areas there is a large sitting room with sofas, TV and a collection of local history books, maps and walking guides.
The Breamish double room is comfortably furnished and spacious. There is a double sofa ideally positioned to look out over the amazing countryside views towards Alnwick or to relax and watch TV after a day of exhilarating walks. The room has a large private bathroom next door with a separate shower cubical, bath, WC, sink and again, some wonderful views. |
