I use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients for our beautifully cooked breakfasts and dinners. As far as possible we use Local, Organic and Fair-Trade produce and goods.
DRINK:
We have a 24hour drinks license. Relax with drink in the comfortable lounge in front of a log fire, or on the garden terrace with magnificent views — a glass of wine or a locally brewed beer from Brampton’s Geltsdale Brewery.
