Breakfast is served in our sunny dining room, using locally sourced produce wherever possible and my own home-made preserves. Guests can choose from a varied menu, so whether you want continental or full English breakfast - the choice is yours.
We do not allow smoking in the house, but smokers can enjoy the front garden which is available for the guests' use.
We provide off- road car parking and have secure parking for bicycles and hard-standing for motor-bikes. |

Warkworth Attractions |
| |
Warkworth is half a mile from the sea, where there are miles of golden sands to walk along, or you can take a boat trip round Coquet Island, to see the bird life.
WARKWORTH is an historic village with an ancient church. It is situated in a bend of the river Coquet, famous for salmon fishing and dominated by it's mediaeval castle. (The setting for Shakespeare's Henry iv).
If you want to see Northumberland at it's best and be close to many places of interest, such as The Alnwick Garden, Cragside House, Lindisfarne, the mighty castles of Alnwick, Warkworth, Dunstanburgh, and Bamburgh, or enjoy bird-watching and would like to visit the Farne Islands or walk in the Cheviot hills or valleys- all this can be done while staying at "Aulden" as your base. There is just so much to see on this north east coast of England, and Edinburgh is only 2 hours by car (one hour by train!)
Our aim is to offer our guests an environment which is welcoming, comfortable and homely, so whatever your holiday plans, you can be sure of a warm and friendly welcome at "Aulden" |
