We have 3 superior rooms each with antique pine furniture and spacious en-suite's with double sized showers, the rooms are decorated to a high standard for you to relax and enjoy your break. The rooms have hair dryers, colour TV's and tea/coffee making facilities.
The Red room: This is a pretty country style room with beams and antique pine furniture.
The Green room: This is a lovely room with beams and a king size bed, and a pleasant outlook from the window to the library gardens opposite.
The Blue room: This is a large room on the next floor and comes with a sitting area as well as the bedroom and en-suite, and includes nice views of the mountains toward the Langdale fells etc.
The Breakfast room at Greystone Cottage is a room full of character to start your day, you may help yourself to cereal, fresh fruit juice's, yoghurts and fresh fruit from the dresser, followed by a full English breakfast or melon & strawberry platter. All our produce is from local award wining butchers in the village so you can be assured of high quality.
We have a good selection of local books and guides offering information on the surrounding area and walks for you to peruse, we will be more than happy to offer information on local attractions, restaurants and things to do in the Lake District, just ask. |
