Rooms

There are two double bedrooms:
Room One: This large sunny room has period furniture and ensuite with shower.

Room Two: The more contemporary room has a private bathroom with bath/shower.

Both rooms have large double beds, comfortable seating, hair dryer, flat screen television with Freeview. A complimentary range of teas, coffee and homemade biscuits is also provided. Free Broadband access is available at this bed and breakfast. Norwich city centre is also a wi-fi area. Ordinary creature comforts such as an ironing board etc are available on request.

Local Attractions
Again, within easy reach of our bed and breakfast, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is across the picturesque valley of the River Yare from the university.

The river Wensum runs through the city, and is joined just outside by the Yare, which flows on towards the unique wetlands of the Norfolk Broads.

Norwich itself has much to offer for both entertainment and quiet relaxation. It boasts some of the finest medieval buildings in Northern Europe, as well as by contrast reputedly having the largest free wi-fi city centre in the country, so between that and the broadband facility here you need never be out of touch with the office - if that's what you really want or need.
To help you relax while staying at our bed and breakfast, Norwich has plenty of walks and cycle tracks which can take you to its fringes within minutes, and the pictures on the right give an idea of what awaits you should you wish to travel out into the wider landscapes of Norfolk.

The house is located in a quiet tree-lined road with on-street parking. It is conveniently situated for foot or bus access to both Norwich city centre and the University of East Anglia with its impressive "Sainsbury Centre" gallery.
