This website includes information about Bed and Breakfast at Stapleton’s Chantry, one of the most comfortable and convenient accommodation locations in South Oxfordshire.

Our attractive facilities are enjoyed by business guests attending meetings at Milton Park, Harwell, Culham, Wallingford and many other business locations locally, family and short-break holiday makers, Bach Centre students at Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, visitors to our many excellent local restaurants including Manoir aux Quats Saisons and others coming to the Didcot, Oxford, Abingdon and Henley areas.

Stapleton’s Chantry is accommodation with comfort and convenience included as standard and enjoyed by all of our Guests, some additional extras most appreciated by our Business Guests.

Car Parking Facilities are located in an enclosed area on our drive - not only "off-road" but through our gates - which remain closed except during use - and within close proximity of the parts of the house that are occupied for most of the time.

All rooms are exceptionally comfortable, have Vi Spring beds, bathrooms with top of the range invigorating power-showers, luxury bathrobes and towels. Hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities, local information folders, alarm clock/radio, Wireless Broadband and televisions with Freeview Digital.

Our Breakfast Menu has a wide range of choices for you - Full English with many variations including Continental, Gluten Free, and Vegetarian options. Breakfast can be as leisurely as you like, daily and weekend broadsheet newspapers are always available for you to read, and breakfast can be a very sociable occasion – especially when all of our guests have been to the same party the night before and have fun comparing notes.

Equally breakfast can be a quiet and peaceful occasion, allowing you to start your day the way you like to.
