Armeria is a large detached house located between the saltmarsh and open countryside. We offer our guests three light, airy, modern en-suite bedrooms, all with DTV and DVD, WiFi/Internet access, a generous hospitality tray, hairdryer and well lit mirrors. Armeria provides for guests spacious private parking, a large garden and conservatory. A substantial breakfast menu enables guests to choose from a range of local produce; the menu includes a variety of fish, fruits, yoghurts, crosissants in addition to a full English with free range eggs, local sausages and bacon. We welcome guests requiring special diets.
East Hills Room
This luxurious super kingsize room, with either superking or twin accommodation, looks over to the creeks, saltmarsh, Wells’ famous East Hills and the sea beyond. Early risers will see the glow of dawn in the distance. The south window looks over our large private garden and the fields beyond. The modern en-suite shower room comprises a large shower cubical, Villeroy Bosch wash basin and toilet with soft close seating, shaver socket, quality lighting and mist free mirror.
Saltmarsh Room
This splendid kingsize room, with either kingsize or twin accommodation also looks over to the creeks and saltmarsh to the sea beyond with a view of the glow of dawn in the morning. The modern en-suite shower room comprises a large shower cubical, Villeroy Bosch wash basin and toilet with soft close seating, shaver socket, quality lighting and mist free mirror and a second view to the marshes and sea.
Garden Room
This sunny kingsize/twin room provides magnificent views of the garden and countryside. Incorporated within this suite is a spacious bathroom comprising a bath, shower, shaver socket and plenty of natural light.
