Situated on a quiet country lane in tranquil surroundings but only 2 miles from Heathfield High Street. Holly Grove has the added benefit of a heated outdoor swimming pool available from Easter to October and a "Games Room" for those days where indoor activities are more appropriate. Stunning surroundings await your return from a busy day either working or sight seeing and all rooms have Tea/Coffee making facilities, Colour TV, Radio/Alarm, en suites or a private bathroom. There are many beautiful walks or cycling routes and the coast is a 20 minute drive away.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. An evening meal may be provided if requested at the time of booking. If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary we can make your stay that little bit special and provide fresh flowers and chocolates in your room on arrival. There are a few local pubs and restaurants for you to try or you could enjoy a takeaway in our dining room. |

Travelling from the North turn onto the A267 towards Horam/Hailsham/Eastbourne (Little London Road) after appoximately 1 mile turn right immediately after Little London Garage. Travel down the lane, at the grass triangle bear right, Holly Grove is the next property on the left.
From the west, from the A272 turn right on the A267 and turn right again (still on the A267) towards Horam/Hailsham/Eastbourne after approximately 1 mile turn right immediately after Little London Garage. Continue towards the bottom on the lane, at the grass triangle bear right, Holly Grove is the next on the left.
From the South, travel on the A267 towards to Horam/Tunbridge Wells. Travel through Horam and stay on the main road (now Little London Road). You will pass Furnace Lane, Hanging Birch Lane and Sandy Lane on your left, the net left turn you need to take, there is a red telephone box on the corner. Turn left at the end of that and travel down the lane, bear right at the grass triangle and we are the next property on the left.
From the East travel on the A265 through Heathfield High Street, after the fire station take the next left whcih is Pages Hill, turn left at the cross roads onto the A267 travel for just under 1 mile and turn right immediately after Little London Garage. Travel down the lane, at the grass triangle bear right and Holly Grove is the next property on the left.
