The Family Victorian Holly Trees Bed & Breakfast Hotel carlisle is run by Pauline and Steve and is situated on Warwick Road within easy walking distance of Carlisle town centre yet just over a mile from junction 43 of the M6 motorway. This puts Holly Trees Bed & Breakfast Hotel Carlisle in an ideal position for an overnight stay for anyone going to and from Scotland and England as the Scottish Border is only 12 miles away and also for anyone on business in Carlisle and looking for a hotel.

Some 100 years old Holly Trees Bed & Breakfast Hotel Carlisle retains many of it's original features and all our rooms are en-suite with colour TV and welcome tray and are tastefully decorated to the standard you would expect of a Bed & Breakfast Guest House with parking available.

All our Carlisle Bed & Breakfast Accommodation bedrooms are en-suite with colour TV with remote, shaver sockets, toiletries, towels, hair dryer and welcome tray with selection of hot drinks and home made biscuits. Fresh fruit available in dining room. Any special requirements please just ask.

B&B Location
By Road - From the M6 follow signs for 'Carlisle City Centre' this is the A69 Warwick Road, continue along this road, we are located further along Warwick road we are number 183 on the right hand side. Parking available.

By Rail - We are approximatley 0.3 miles (a 10 minute walk) from the railway station, this is a main line station on the West coast Line operated by Virgin Trains. The station is also the terminus for the Carlisle - Settle - Skipton - Leeds main line. Together with the cross country line to Newcastle-upon-Tyne and beyond. Walk directly over the road from the station on to the Crescent and follow the Crescent around to the left, turn first right into Warwick Road, we are located some 600 yards along this road on the left hand side of the road.

Within Easy Walking Distance - Carlisle Castle, Cathedral and Park. Also close to Sands leisure centre and Carlisle Squash Club which has 5 courts, steam room and large gym.
