Tregenver is a charming character cottage situated in the friendly historic Cornish village of Kilkhampton, 4 miles from the popular seaside resort of Bude. It offers high standard, value for money, comfortable rooms, off road parking and a large delightful garden, just 200 yards from the shops, church and local Inn.

This is an ideal base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall and the areas of outstanding natural beauty they have to offer.

Stay in our ‘home from home’ and enjoy a farm fresh breakfast with local bacon, sausages and our own free-range eggs.

Kilkhampton Village supports an agricultural community and is surrounded by the most beautiful countryside which you are free to explore via green lanes and footpaths.

King-Size en-suite with T.V and Tea making facilities. Child's single Bed or Cot available.

Twin Room with washbasin / vanity unit T.V, Tea making facilities, adjacent bathroom and shower.

The Tarka Trail - Over 180 miles in length taking a looping route through North and Mid Devon, from
the rugged Atlantic Coast, the Estuaries of the Two Rivers of Tarka the Otter fame.
Bike Hire Tarka Trail Cycles and helmets may be hired from outlets at Barnstaple, Bideford, Instow and
Fremington Quay.

The Camel Trail - Wadbridge to Padstow. Fabulous views and wonderful birdlife make this section of
the Camel Trail a delight at any time of year. Cycle hire from Ridgeback bikes, suitable for all.

Walking:
Walk part of the spectacular South West Coast path or our circular Parish walks, five of which you can start from the doorstep taking in the local countryside and Tamar Lake.

Fishing: Coarse fishing - Bude Canal and Tamar Lake.
Sea Fishing - Shore / Beach / Boat.

Eating Out:
Two Local Inns, Tearooms, Fish & Chip Shop, Chinese and pizza takeaway all within a short walking distance. With a large number of great local pubs and Restaurants in the North Cornwall / North Devon area you
will be spoilt for choice!

Lost Gardens of Heligan. You may have seen this other recently restored Cornish garden on its channel four television series or read it's book. It now has a newly.
