Welcome to the Beaver Hotel in Earl’s Court, London. We are situated on a charming tree-lined Victorian crescent in the heart of the Royal borough of Kensington & Chelsea in central London.

-Parking for Beaver Hotel Guests: £8 per 24 hours
-Non-Beaver Hotel Guests: £20 per 24 hours.

A full English breakfast is included in your room rate, served from 07:30 to 09:30 a.m.

Tea and coffee, along with machines that vend soft and alcoholic drinks and snacks are located downstairs in the dining room.

For your convenience we have a lift to all floors.

Terrestrial TV is in each room and satellite TV is in our ground floor and basement lounges.

The Beaver Hotel is located 200 metres from Earl’s Court Exhibition centre and 800 metres from Olympia Exhibition centre. Many exhibitors and visitors of both venues come back and stay at the Beaver Hotel year after year.

Gatwick
Take “Gatwick Express” train from Gatwick Airport to Victoria station.
From Victoria station take the District line tube to Earl’s Court tube station. Upon arrival at Earl’s Court tube station take Warwick Road exit. Cross the street using pedestrian crossing. Turn right walking in the direction of the traffic. Take first left into Philbeach Gardens. The Beaver Hotel is on the left, approx 200 metres along Philbeach Gardens, passed St Cuthbert’s Church.
