Located in King's Cross, The Swinton Hotel is a friendly relaxed hotel in the centre of London . The location of the hotel allows easy access to all London attractions, many within walking distance. Whether you are in town on business, as a tourist, for shopping, or to enjoy the entertainment and nightlife we will provide you with a comfortable environment from which to base yourself.

Exploring London can not be easier. This area has exceptional transport links with King's Cross station providing access to most of the underground lines and mainline services across the UK.

You will find your room refreshingly comfortable. All have en-suite showers or baths. The other facilities in your room are: colour TV, telephone, tea- coffee tray, hair dryer. Your room is also WI-FI enabled, allowing you free wireless access to the internet from your bedroom with your own laptop.

Selected rooms have a direct access to a small secluded garden (very popular so book early).

Rooms may varied in shape and decoration but all offer the same level of comfort.

There is a large garden area offering the ideal place to relax after a day out in London .

Continental breakfast is included. Breakfast is provided in the dining room leading out to the garden.

Check in time is 13.00 pm and you must check out by 11.00 am. If you wish to arrive early please contact us we will do all our best to have your room ready. If not, you are most welcome to leave your luggage with us.

The hotel has not got a parking but there is a nearby "pay to park"

B&B Location
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from King's Cross station (national rail and tube). From the station go east into Grays Inn Road , Swinton Street is the 4 th road on the left. The Swinton Hotel is towards the bottom of the street on the left hand side.

Heathrow Airport is situated 16miles (25 kilometres) west of Central London. There are rail, tube (London Underground Services) and bus services from Heathrow into Central London .

Gatwick Airport is situated 28miles (45 kilometres) south of London . There are rail and bus services from Gatwick into Central London . There are 2 terminals at Gatwick Airport "North" & "South".

Stansted Airport is situated almost 50miles (78 kilometres) north of London. There are train and bus services from Stansted Airport .

Thameslink takes you between Luton Airport Parkway train station to Kings Cross ( London St Pancras station) and in as little as 35 minutes. From the airport terminal you catch the FREE frequent shuttle bus, which takes you direct to the train station in around ten minutes. For more information go to www.thameslink.co.uk

London Transport System comprises an extensive underground system and a bus network. London Transport System works on a "zone system", the more zones you travel through the more expensive the ticket. A variety of Travelcards are available which allows unlimited travel on tubes, trains and buses. They are available by the day(s), week or weekends for different zones.
