Bed and Breakfast Description

Fairview House is a small family run guest house. You can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome from the resident proprietors, Lin & Jay who will be able to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Our well appointed rooms are a mix of Double, Family and Twins, most are en-suite and all are comfortably furnished with continental quilts, television and tea/coffee making facilities

If you will be joining us for a special occasion - perhaps a Birthday or Anniversary, then let us know, in confidence if you wish, and we will help with any special arrangements to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

We endeavour to serve a great Full English Breakfast and we are licensed, offering a selection of beers, Alco-pops and soft drinks.

Local Attractions
Fairview house is in the privileged situation of being only two minutes walk from the town centre, bus & railway stations and taxi ranks. We are also within five minutes from the main surfing beaches.

We are centrally placed for the wealth of attractions that Newquay has to offer to all holidaymakers as well as the perfect base for touring Cornwall's landmarks such as Land's End, The Eden Project and miles of stunning coastline.

Children of all ages can enjoy buckets full of fun on any of the numerous sandy beaches, or visit Newquay Zoo and Waterworld, The Blue Reef, Holywell Bay activity park, Dairyland Farm, plus a host of other action packed days out.

For the sporting enthusiast, Newquay is the surfing capital of Europe, but it doesn't stop there! Also available are swimming, diving, water skiing, wind surfing, deep sea fishing, horse riding and much more.
 

B&B Location
By car, from the A30 take the A392 Indian Queens/Newquay exit. Follow the signs for Newquay, turn right at the Trevemper Road roundabout by the boating lake. Turn left at the next roundabout into Trenance Road, continue over the hill, turn right at the end of Trenance Road immediately before the 'T' junction into St. Thomas Road, then the first left into Fairview Terrace. Fairview House is situated on the left.
