Free car parking on site. The hotel is 500 yards from Boscombe Bournemouths award winning beach. 200 yards from the shops and restaurants.

All our prices include a hearty English breakfast to set you on your way . For business guests we offer WI-FI access, early breakfast and a comfortable base whether for 1 night or more. 5 minutes by car from the Bournemouth International Centre for conferences and exhibitions.

Located 500 yards from Boscombe Spa Resort beach front. The beach is now the biggest and widest it has been for 60 years offering more space to locals and visitors alike. Our beaches have consistently won blue flag awards over the years. Whatever, your pleasure, relaxing, surfing, sand castle building or just walking along people watching

You can have the time and space here in Boscombe, Bournemouth.

The Rosscourt has storage for bikes, motorbikes, surf boards and golf clubs.

Being only 30 miles away, we are ideally based for the sailing events in the Olympic Games of 2012

OR a boat trip from Bournemouth pier on Dorset Belles

If you want to view wildlife at it’s best a trip to Brownsea Island is an option. Just a short boat journey from Sandbanks or Poole Quay will take you onto the Island. Take a packed lunch (we can provide for £5) or eat in their café and spend the whole day exploring. See the Red Squirrels, peacocks and peahens roaming freely, view the birds from huts dotted on the side of the island. Join the free walk .

For surfers Boscombe has a great area around the pier that you can surf , wind surf or body board. A local shop has opened near the pier and lessons can be booked please ask us for information. Scuba Diving can be arranged from Christchurch. So if you are a water sports fan let us know and we will try and help you with ideas.

In 2007 Boscombe will become the second place in the world to have an artificial reef build, allowing far more days of surfing than ever before. The Rosscourt has plenty of space for your boards to be stored.

Keen cyclist or motorbike enthusiast we have storage for bikes and a secure area for motorbikes just let us know.
 

Location
From Car

From M25 junction 13 onto M3 southbound. M3 take junction 12 onto M27 westbound to Bournemouth. Road becomes A31. Left off this road onto A338 Bournemouth. Near Bournemouth follow first sign to Boscombe pier and beaches. As you come off this slip road, take a left. Hospital and Tesco will be on your left. Littledown Sports Centre will be on your right. Straight along this road to Iford roundabout, turn right. Follow this road (Christchurch Road) for around two miles( you will pass through a small high street of shops, then a junction of traffic lights with Pokesdown Station on your right) through Pokesdown High Street, until you have a set of traffic lights with left and right fork, and a pedestrian precinct ahead (this is Boscombe). Take right hand lane and follow round, take a left at the little round about. (Boscombe bus station and Sovereign Shopping Centre car park on left hand side). Next roundabout follow left and you will see Nationwide Building Society ahead. Next lights turn left and you are in St. Johns Road. The Rosscourt is the second hotel on the left hand side.

By Train or Coach
From Bournemouth Central station, number 25 bus to Boscombe.

By Air to Bournemouth Airport
Bournemouth International Airport is 8 miles from the Rosscourt, whilst there are bus connections it is easier to hop in a taxi

Turn left from the airport and follow the signs to Bournemouth on the A338. At the first roundabout take the second exit, straight across the traffic lights and then Immediately turn left, signposted Bournemouth A338. After the Welcome to Bournemouth sign you take the second exit following the Football traffic sign to Kings park, right at the roundabout and then left at the lights (Queens Park pub on corner left) Ashley Road, at the next roundabout turn right and follow the road, next roundabout turn left and follow the road to the set of traffic lights turn left and you are in St Johns Road, we are the second hotel on the left.
