-En suite facilities are available or shared shower rooms. There are hand basins in non en suite rooms
-Each room has TV with video, radio alarm clock, hospitality tray, fluffy bath sheets and towels.
-All rooms have access to ironing facilities

Why not be brave and try our Whopping English or Vast Vegetarian. We challenge you to conquer our full breakfasts. Many have tried and failed.

“The ghost capital of England”. The centre of excellence for hauntings, horrific murders and executions. With a colossal amount of paranormal sightings. Derby “boasts” the last pressing to death, where gibbeting and public dissection were commonplace

Derby County Football Club where the rams can be seen at the Impressive Pride Park

Derby Cathedral, where the bells are the oldest ring of 10 bells in the world. Guided tours are available with the opportunity to walk to the top of the 212 foot tower where the view from the top spans 3 counties.

“Real Ale Capital of the UK” due to the 120 different ales on tap and the twice yearly CAMRA beer festivals held in the winter and summer.

On the edge of the magnificent Peak District, being the first national park in the Country.

The Inventor of the hot dog, Harry Stevens, was born in Derby and emigrated to the USA in 1890.

-Leave the M1 at Junction 25, At the roundabout take the 1st exit and then merge onto the A52 (signposted Derby)
-Continue forward onto the Borrowash By Pass - A52.
-On entering Derby, continue forward (signposted City Centre)
-At the Pentagon Island roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Eastgate, signposted City Centre
-Branch left, then merge onto St Alkmunds Way - A601 (signposted City Centre South, Inner Ring Road)
-At the Cock Pit roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A601 (signposted Loughborough A6, Melbourne A514, Burton A38)
-At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Bradshaw Way - A601 (signposted Inner Ring Road, Melbourne A514
-At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Osmaston Road
-Turn left onto Wilmot Street
-Turn right onto Backsitwell Street
-Turn right onto Sitwell Street
-Turn right onto Babington Lane
-Turn left onto Gower Street
-Turn left onto Green Lane Green Lane
-Turn right onto Crompton Street and the Crompton Coach House can be found half way down on the right hand side.
