Bed and Breakfast Description

We have ample off street parking, and are situated in a quiet residential part of town close
to the East Beach and Harbour.
It is a comfortable 10-15 min. walk to the town centre.
The Golf Links are a mere 5 mins. by car.

The rooms are provided with a Welcome Tray offering Tea, Coffee and Biscuits.

The breakfast on offer to our guests include a large choice of Cereals, the Traditional Cooked Scottish Breakfast, Fruit Juice, Tea or Coffee, Toast, Fresh Morning Rolls, and a choice of preserves.

Or A Continental Breakfast with Cereals, Fruit, Yoghurt, Cheeses and Oatcakes etc.

Local Attractions
St Andrews is the perfect choice for a short break, with 5 courses to choose from including the famous Old Course it`s a golfer`s paradise.

The town is also steeped in history with the Castle which dates back to the 13th century and the Cathedral which has St. Rules Tower in it`s grounds.

The University is the oldest in Scotland and has a world wide reputation for academic excellence and research.

The two beaches surrounding the town are regarded as being amongst the cleanest in Britain and have gained top awards.

St Andrews is also the gateway to the East Neuk of Fife which is a 10-15 min. car drive away, where you will find enchanting fishing villages with their quaint harbours, little wynds and fisher cottages.
