Relax in the comfortably furnished period lounge, read a good book, peruse the selection of board and card games, listen to a CD, or if you are musically inclined play the piano or switch on the TV and catch up with the news or "Corrie".
Perhaps look west across the fields where you might spot red deer or try the front windows giving views across the river where you may see a heron or, if you are lucky, a kingfisher flashing its vibrant bright blue colouring as it dives across the water.
We have three beautifully appointed bedrooms, Otter, Kingfisher and Salmon, named to reflect the local wildlife. Two doubles and one twin room with all the comforts you would expect including central heating, TV, a view of the grounds, your own refreshments and ensuite facilities.
The separate dining room is beautifully appointed and a perfect environment to take a full breakfast which is prepared to your liking and can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere to set you up for a day in the renown Devon countryside.
You can look out over the garden as the dining room opens to the veranda and see and hear the birds on the feeder enjoying their breakfast too. |
