Wharfe View Farm B & B is family run bed and breakfast accommodation offering two large spacious double and twin rooms with a private sitting/dining room with colour TV and open log fire, situated in the beautiful village of Burnsall, in the Yorkshire Dales.

Coffee and tea making facilities in rooms. Full English breakfast for those with a good appetite. Off the road parking. Prices from £20.00 per person.

Local Attractions
Burnsall village is one of the Yorkshire Dales prettiest villages situated by the river wharfe famous for its beautiful views and scenery and its picturesque bridge.

On a walk around the village the old chapel, church and village school are of particular architectural and historic interest.
A short walk up the river bank towards Hebden, trout, grayling, mallard ducks, moorhens, kingfishers and lots of other wildlife can be spotted.
Just up from the vicarage, Parsons Well can be seen bubbling up in the river and further up the river bank Loup Scar Gorge - a stunning limestone feature of the Yorkshire Dales.
A one or two mile round walk up the river can be made from the village but don’t forget to count the steps!

Many pretty rural scenes can be seen around the village, from lambs being born and jumping around in the spring to the many traditional farming practices taking place like dry stone walling and haymaking. Fish can be seen rising from the river to take the fly, and owls and other birds of prey can be spotted hunting.

In August every year the tradional Village feast and sports takes place including the fell race. A good walk up to the fell will provide you with stunning views of Burnsall and the Dales.
After all the excursions, the village green is an ideal place to relax by the river.

A whole range of nearby attractions can be found to suit all age ranges and tastes.
 

B&B Location
Burnsall is 6 miles north of Bolton Abbey, and around 2 miles from Grassington, North Yorkshire, UK.

Local buses
The local bus service runs from about 8 in the morning until seven at night and links most villages quite cheaply. Day rover tickets can be purchase for around £5 which will also get you to the towns of Skipton and Ilkey.
