Hairdryers are available in rooms or on request. Internet access available in rooms or residents lounge. We're sorry, we do not accept pets. We have on-site parking. All rooms have satellite TV. There are scenic walks in the surrounding area.

Bed and Breakfast Description

 

We are a few steps from the seafront, (our principal rooms have the benefit of side sea views), and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, such as The Royal Pavilion, The Lanes, North Laine, Brighton Pier, Brighton Marina, The Brighton Centre. You will find dozens of bars and restaurants a short walk from Charlotte Street in the St James's Street area of Kemp Town

All rooms have just recently been completely refurbished to include brand new full en-suite shower rooms
All rooms now have flat panel TVs with freeview channels and a DVD player, hair dryer, toiletries, use of towelling bathrobes and slippers, tea & coffee making facilities, a mini fridge is also found in all rooms with complimentary mineral water

Choose from a Day at the Races, a steam journey through Sussex, visits to historic castles, bracing sailing days or paragliding trips, educational trips to the stunning Royal Pavilion or an Edwardian manor house and much much more. The shopping, exciting nightlife and the beaches are just some of the attractions that are on offer in cosmopolitan Brighton.

Directions
By Car: directions from London. Take M23/A23 to Brighton. Once in Brighton follow signs towards the sea front, on the approach to the sea front you will pass St Peter's Church on your right and then the Royal Pavilion. You will soon see the Brighton Pier in front of you. Turn left at Harry Ramsden's fish & chip shop at the mini roundabout in front of the pier and we are about 1 minute on the left (4th turning past the lights at Lower Rock Gardens). We are 4th house up Charlotte Street.

By Air: from Gatwick airport. Take train directly from South terminal at Gatwick into Brighton (approx 40 minutes).
On foot from Brighton train station: Walk out of station and straight down Surrey Street and Queens Road (towards the sea), then turn left at clock tower onto North Street (you'll shortly pass a taxi rank on your right), carry on and cross the road at Old Steine, this will take you straight accross onto St James's Street, when you get to the lights at the junction of St James's Street and Lower/Upper Rock Gardens, go straight over and we are then the 4th road on the right (Charlotte Street), we are no. 21 on the right. (Approx 25 minute walk)(or taxis at the station are plentiful and should be no more that approx £5).
