Garden and/or patio area for guests We have a residents lounge. Our establishment is fitted with central heating throughout. We accept payment in cash. We have on-site parking. We're sorry, we do not accept pets.
We welcome same sex groups. Our BNB is a local building of historic interest. There is a beach nearby. There are scenic walks in the surrounding area. All rooms have TV. All or some rooms have ensuite facilities.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryers are available in rooms or on request. Smoking is not permitted in the establishment.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Warningcamp (from the Saxon "Waerna's Field")lies within an area designated as being of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a small hamlet and although only one mile from Arundel and the A27 is very much off the beaten track. There is minimal traffic down the lane- often more horses than cars- so you can be sure of a peaceful stay and an undisturbed night. There are fine views from our home towards Arundel and the Downs.

Local Attractions
Arundel has recently been voted the number one country town in England by the Daily Telegraph and is set in beautiful countryside at the foot of the South Downs. The small town is overlooked by an imposing Castle and Gothic style Cathedral. The streets are narrow with medieval half timbered houses. There are also enticing antique shops, art galleries and tea rooms.

Visit Swanbourne Lake or take a cruise down the river Arun. Nearby is the Arundel Wetlands Centre.

Sample the fresh local produce available from the monthly Saturday morning Farmers' Market.


If you are here in the last week of August you can enjoy Arundel's Festival which offers a great variety of art, carnival and theatre.
