Glendavan House is a former Victorian Shooting Lodge that has been lovingly refurnished to offer an outstanding quality of accommodation.
Glendavan offers 2 suites of rooms comprising large bedroom, newly fitted en-suite bathroom and beautifully decorated en-suite sitting rooms with open fires.
Each suite is furnished with bespoke and antique furniture, yet provides all modern facilities - Flat screen, digital TV, DVD Player, CD Player and Wi-Fi internet access.
Both suites looks out over the decking area which is alive with birds of all descriptions, pheasants and red squirrels, all arguing over the rights to the various feeders. Through their own conservatory, guests in the Ogston Suite have direct access to the decking, the perfect spot to relax of an evening with a glass of wine, watching the sun set over the Loch.
Facilites within the house include a guest pantry, housing our honesty bar and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast, a highlight of any trip away, is served in the dining room. There is also a guest lounge with DVD and CD library, bookshelves and magazine racks from which our guests are more than welcome to help themselves.
Glendavan House stands in its own 8 acres of natural woodland and proves the ideal base for exploring the nature, history and landscape of the area. Walking trails start almost at the front door. Deeside is home to a large amount of quality activity providers and cycling, fishing, golfing, skiing, horse riding, walking and running trips can easily be organised for you.
Whether an action packed holiday or a 'getting away from it all' break, we are confident that, whatever the purpose of your visit to Deeside and Glendavan, we can cater for your requirements.
We aim to exceed your expectations of a truly lovely place to stay.
