The former Rectory was built in 1690 for the sum of £250. It was repaired in 1755 and again according to church records in 1853.

Completion of the present structure was reported in 1857 at a cost of £1,160.

The lovingly tended gardens provide a delightful retreat for guests, fresh produce for the dinner table and views over the church and steeple in Ballinadee village to the woods and hills beyond.

At present there are four individually styled en suite bedrooms in Glebe Country House. They are on three floors.

The three on the top have colour themes, Blue Room, Indigo Room and Green Room.

The Rose Room is on the first floor and has french doors to the garden.

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and crisp white bed linen and towels.

There is a large drawing room with bay window and open fire, an interesting selection of books are scattered about to make this the ideal spot to relax in after a days touring.A large ecletic selection of DVD's and Cd's are available for Guest use. The dining room is ideal for interesting conversation as guests dine together in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
