Description

A charming, lovingly cared for Grade II listed Georgian house, set in an acre of delightful terraced gardens.

Graham and Liz offer; a warm welcome; immaculate rooms with crisp white linens; home cooked meals using local and home grown produce where ever possible.

Bank Villa is such a comfortable home, with elegant sitting rooms, exquisite conservatory, delightful terraced gardens, and tempting home cooked food you may just want to stay put and relax !

Easy access for Black Sheep and Theakstons breweries. Masham's historic town centre, Swinton Park and the Dales.

Guests attending functions at Swinton are provided with free transport to the event.

Horse riding, clay shooting and golf can be arranged locally.

Local Attractions
Situated at the entrance to the market town of Masham, from Bank Villa take a short stroll in to the town where you can explore it’s individual shops.

Visit the towns TWO famous breweries - Black Sheep and Theakstons. Infact the Black Sheep Brewery is only at the top of the Garden!

Enjoy the delights of the Yorkshire Dales where you can walk, drive or even cycle and discover the castles, abbeys and a myriad of small villages unchanged by time.

Harrogate, Ripon and York are all a short drive away. Visit their world renowned tourist attractions and excellent shops.

If you like a day at the races Ripon, Thirsk and York all have regular meetings and are within easy reach.

Clay Pigeon Shooting, Brewery Tours, Horse Riding, Trout Fishing and Golf can be arranged locally
 

Location
Bank Villa is conveniently situate on the A6108 at the entrance to Masham.

From Ripon - take the A6108 Masham / Leyburn.

From the A1 South - take the A684 to Bedale. At Bedale take the B6268 to Masham turn right on to the A6108.

From A1 North - take the B6267 to pick up the A6108 to Masham. In all cases you enter Masham over a bridge. Bank Villa is on the right hand side shortly after the 30mph sign. Park on the foot path as close as possible to our garden wall.

From Black Sheep Brewery - Bank Villa is just a short walk from the brewery. Take the steps down from the beer garden; follow the short road down the hill. Bank Villa is on the right. Situated at the entrance to the market town of Masham, from Bank Villa take a short stroll in to the town where you can explore it’s individual shops.
