We are open all year round to allow you to enjoy the surrounding countryside in every season.
Dating back to the 1750s, the house retains many of its original features, with oak beams and window seats still in evidence. Renovated to a high standard in 2005, we have two double rooms each with its own private bathroom, and one twin room. Every room has full central heating, tea/coffee making facilities and a television.
We provide a wide menu choice for breakfast, with vegetarians catered for and home grown produce when in season.
We are a non-smoking establishment for the comfort and safety of our guests.
Accommodation for pets can be provided in the stable block by prior arrangement.
There is ample off road parking available.
Walkers, cyclists and bikers are welcome and provided for. Pick ups and drop offs for the Wolds Way and other walks are available on request. There is plenty of secure storage and drying facilities for all your equipment.
We have two double rooms and one twin room. All the rooms have been refurbished and decorated to a high standard late 2005/early 2006. Both double rooms have window seats with views over the garden. All the rooms have full central heating, tea/coffee making facilities and a television. The larger double (Whitby Room) has the luxury of a king size bed, as well as a chair bed which can be used to accommodate a child. The private bathrooms each have a bath and shower to cater for everyone's needs. All our rooms are located on the first floor, hence we are sorry to say that wheelchair access is not available. |
