It's sometimes difficult to define Norah's style of cooking, but sufficient to say that her flair for presentation combined with her natural talent in being able to use some of the more traditional recipes, some of them indeed, handed down from her Mother, and with most ingredients locally sourced, enables her to set them before you in a very appetising way . . ! |
