Clifton Farm is the perfect location for anyone wishing to enter into the hustle and bustle of York, while enjoying the peace and tranquillity of North Yorkshire

We pride ourselves on the excellence of our breakfasts, cooked to order on the range in our farmhouse kitchen - you can sit in the dining room and watch me cooking your breakfast! We offer a huge variety of local and homemade produce... "Breakfasts to die for" "Landlady of the centuary" come and see for yourselves!
Relax in the guests' large lounge/dining room and enjoy the views or venture out onto the patio or into the garden and gaze across the open countryside.. take a stroll across the field to the Local pub, I can even provide a dog for you to walk!

From York take the A64 towards Malton and Scarborough, just before the Little Chef (on your left), turn RIGHT, follow the signs for Harton, then follow the signs for Howsham, do not turn to Howsham Only, carry straight on, approx 2 miles, to the cross roads (Gally Gap), at the crossroads go STRAIGHT ahead towards Leavening. Clifton Farm is approx 1 mile from the cross roads on your RIGHT, we are one field inland. Look for the white farm sign.
