Bed and Breakfast Description

Ashdown Bed & Breakfast is set in a quiet residential area of Waterlooville, Hampshire.


We offer high standard double en suite accommodation with tea/coffee making facilities, TV/radio, hair dryer, central heating and much more.


The dining room opens on to the terrace of a large pretty garden where guests are welcome to sit, weather permitting.


Parking is available on the driveway.


Ashdown Bed & Breakfast is ideally situated for visiting many places of interest including, Portsmouth, Gosport, Emsworth, Hayling Island and the Isle of Wight.


There are numerous Pubs and Restaurants in all areas to suit a variety of tastes, and a few within walking distance from Ashdown Bed & Breakfast.

Local Attractions
Sightseeing:

Waterlooville is a central base for exploring many local attractions. Portsmouth, Gosport, coastal villages of Emsworth and Bosham, the villages surrounding Petersfield set in the countryside of the South Downs, also Chichester to name but a few.

Portsmouth & Southsea, well known for it's naval heritage and harbour, along with the new Spinnaker Tower. Portsmouth harbour connects to the Isle of Wight via car ferry, sea cat and the hovercraft from Southsea.


Emsworth, A delightful fishing village, harbour side walks, narrow streets, shops, bars and restaurants etc.

Chichester. Best known for its 10th century Cathedral, numerous festivals, Georgian streets and renowned theatre.

Shopping Areas include Gunwharf Quays at Portsmouth Harbour, Cascades at Portsmouth Centre, Port Solent at North Portsmouth, West Quay, Southampton.

Waterlooville has easy access to the A3/A3M and is situated between the historic Portsmouth (15 minute drive to local and continental ferries) and the market town of Petersfield.
