Bed and Breakfast Description
ALDERBORNE House is the family home of Colin & Pat Honeybone. A modern detached family house situated on the southern edge of the town in a quiet location and backing on to open countryside. A short walk from the town centre, railway station and the Kennet and Avon Canal. ACCOMMODATION Double / Twin and Single Single Occupancy of Double/Twin welcome Guests Luxury Shower Room complete with safety handrail and fixed seat Tea/Coffee making facilties : Television : Radio/alarms : hair dryers : All rooms, decorated to a very high standard, are light and airy with views of beautiful countryside.

B&B Location

Three miles from the M4 motorway Junction 14 makes this an ideal stopover for the West Country and Wales. Less than one hour by road Bath, Oxford, Winchester, Windsor, Legoland and the Cotswolds, Salisbury and the World Heritage Sites of Avebury and Stonehenge. The A34 - Southampton to the Midlands major road, is 8 miles to the east. London Heathrow is approximately 45 minutes by road.
Hungerford has a main line rail service to Newbury, Reading and London Paddington stations and thereon to the national rail network.

It is ideally situated for business in the Newbury and Swindon areas.

HOW TO FIND US

Exit Junction 14 M4 motorway, follow A338.

At Junction with A4 turn right, left to town centre at Bear Hotel, over the canal, under railway bridge, continue driving through the town and take a right turn at a miniature roundabout into Atherton Road (signposted British Legion) - at top of this road turn left at 'T' Junction, follow this road for abt 35 mtrs, turn right into Homefield Way, third left into Bourne Vale.
