We offer complimentary tea and coffee available 07.00 to 23.00 daily in our roof top conservatory that overlooks magnificent grounds boasting all 40 shades of green - a delight to savour in all weathers.

The gardens are an oasis of beauty with over 200 variations of trees and shrubs, rockeries, herbaceous and rose beds, a fountain pond, gravel paths and a large patio area with seating. Our gardens are enjoyed by all who visit.

The house features tastefully decorated ensuite bedrooms equipped with TV's, hair dryers etc. Mornings at the Killarney Villa are greeted with a varied breakfast menu - The traditional Irish breakfast as well as our healthy option:
