Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Situated on the picturesque Black Isle. "Braigha" is situated in 3/4 acre gardens and was originally a traditional farmhouse beautifully renovated in 1996. An upstairs was added to take full advantage of the stunning panoramic views over the Cromarty Firth. Taking in views of Ben Wyvis to the West and Fyrish and Evanton to the North.

Rooms come fully equipped with the following amenities:

~ Dressing gowns provided
~ TV and DVD player
~ Iron and drying facilities
~ Hospitality tray

Families Welcome ~ We have a cot and high chair available. Children under three, NO CHARGE

We offer full Scottish breakfast,continental and vegetarian options, with eggs from our own hens.

Stay with us, sit in the wonderful garden, enjoy a traditional Scottish dram and take in the stunning views.

We have off the road private parking.

 

Dingwall Attractions

 
The area is a haven for wild life, with a number of bird reserves.Dolphin watching at Channory Point and trips from Cromarty,Avoch and the Highland capitol Inverness.We also have the Wild Life Park at Munlochy.

You can watch the seals at Ardullie point right on the shore.Within a short travelling distance visitors can explore the flat coastline of Easter Ross, stretching from Balintore,Hilton and Shandwick to Portmahomack is the Pictish Trail culmanating in the Tarbert Discovery Centre.

There could be no greater contrast than that between the beauty of the Easter Ross coastline and the rugged grandeur of the Glens enclosing its nearest high peaks Ben Wyvis and the great glens of Affric,Cannich and Strathfarrar.

All are within an easy hour`s drive and provide outstanding introduction to the much wider variety of scenery awaiting the visitor who ventures to Cairngorms, Lochness,Fort William,Skye and Ullapool, all within a day`s travel of `Braigha`.
