Situated in the picturesque village of Hathersage, Derbyshire which nestles in one of Britain's areas of outstanding beauty. Here you can enjoy stunning panoramic views from the heated conservatory all year round. You can watch the many birds, drink in the breath taking scenery, chat or simply relax with a drink, taken on the sun terrace in warmer weather.
Facilities
All the bedrooms of our family run bed and breakfast have been individually designed to give maximum comfort and aesthetic pleasure to our guests. They are all en-suite and equipped with colour TVs, VCRs clock radios, hair dryers, well-stocked hospitality trays, toiletries plus lots of extras not normally found in other bed and breakfast accommodation. We can accommodate double, twin or treble requirements.
Our policy is one of excellent value for money and continual improvement in order to maintain our high standards. |

Historic
Hathersage has historical connections with Charlotte Bronte who lived and taught for a short while here and featured many aspects of the village in "Jane Eyre". Try our Jane Eyre walk! There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool, and at the Church of England there is the grave of "Little John", one of Robin Hood's merry men. Our bed and breakfast accommodation is conveniently situated for Chatsworth House, Hardwick and Haddon Halls, the Caverns at Castleton, the "Plague village" of Eyam, and Lady Bower where the Dambusters trained are all a short drive away.

To access Cannon Croft bed and breakfast in Derbyshire:
Hathersage lies on the A6187 Sheffield to Castleton road, once in the village, locate the George Hotel situated on the T junction of the B6001 from Grindelford. Keeping the George on your right and heading towards Castleton travel approximately 150 meters and you will come to a bridge over the road, turn right immediately in front of this bridge (there is a sign for Cannon Croft here) and follow this single track lane to the top (approve 150 meters) and you will be on Cannon Croft car park. Please park in the marked bays.
