Bed and Breakfast Description

Edenvale is located off a quiet road surrounded by seven acres of garden and paddock, with a National Trust wildlife reserve opposite its gate. A short 5 min Drive away is Mountstewart House,

A warm and friendly Irish welcome awaits you as a guest from the moment you enter the house, which has been thoughtfully restored and modernised without losing its character. All 3 en suite bedrooms are well equipped and overlook the superb countryside. Edenvale House makes the ideal base for exploring the local attractions this area has to offer.
Breakfast at Edenvale House will not be forgotten - as well as traditional dishes, you can feast on hot home made bread, fried potato bread, hot fruit compote and cream, and after a day of activities or sightseeing you can return in the afternoon to tea and scones. Other meals can also be arranged, or enjoyed in one of the many recommended and reasonably priced restaurants in the vicinity.

Featuring many local attractions within a short distance It provides a holiday location in its own right and makes an ideal base to explore further afield.

Equestrian Academy, Trout Fishing, Golf, Flying, Bicycle Hire, Deep Sea Diving, Miniature Railway, Swimming, Sailing, Sandy Beaches, Tennis Courts, Motor Cycle and Motor Car Racing. Road access to Edenvale House from the North is via Newtownards, follow road signs to Portaferry (A20) Edenvale House is approx 2 miles from Newtownards sign-posted at a pillared driveway on the left.

Access south from Portaferry take the A20 North, to Newtownards through Kircubbin and Greyabbey. Edenvale House is approx. 5 miles from Greyabbey.
