For the discerning guest relaxing bed and breakfast accommodation is provided with Double En-Suite bedrooms. With special attention being paid to detail all rooms provide Freeview TV, Beverage Tray, Hairdryer, Toiletries and Clock/Radio with access to rooms at all times. Wireless Internet Broadband access is available at no charge.

The ADCOTE SUITE is where you can indulge in the luxury of having your own sitting room. Furnished to a high standard with armchairs, a fridge to keep all your drinks chilled, a wine cooler and wine glasses for that special occasion and also a daily bowl of fresh fruit and bottled water.
A large luxury shower room provides heated towel rail, “fluffy” bath sheets and dressing gowns. When its time to unwind there is a Freeview TV/DVD to watch at your leisure There is also a Freeview TV in the bedroom. ipod/iphone docking station.

The SNOWDON SUITE has a separate Sitting Room with armchairs and the CONWY STUDIO is very spacious with armchairs in its own Sitting Room Area. Again both rooms furnished to a high standard, with Fridge, Freeview TV/DVD and ipod/iphone docking station.

With comfort being a top priority we only accommodate 12 guests. This enables us to give our attention to the smallest detail thus ensuring you receive the individual service you require. For your added comfort Adcote House operates a no smoking policy throughout

Situated a few minutes walk from the seafront in Llandudno on the North Wales coast, Adcote House is an ideal location for exploring the whole of North Wales including.

Within easy travelling distances are a number of historic castles, and the wonderful ancient towns of Conwy, Caernarfon and Chester. Also, not to be missed, is the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.

Being ideally situated in the heart of Llandudno there are a wealth of attractions to suit everybody. Located between the North and West Shores you can walk to either, take a walk along the sweeping promenade or stroll to the end of the pier.

Experience the views from the summit of the Great Orme, go by tram in an original Victorian tramway or go by cable car from Happy Valley.

Not to be missed on the Great Orme are the Bronze Age Copper Mines where you can have an underground tour of the 3,500 year old passages.

If you like to shop the Victoria Shopping Centre is a couple of minutes away, a covered centre with 40 units including high street names, and shopping in Chester and Cheshire Oaks is less than 1 hour away.

In nearby Conwy is a 13th century walled town and castle. Travel the beautiful Conwy Valley and venture on to the Snowdonia National Park which is an ideal location for walking, climbing, mountain biking, or just sightseeing.

Bodnant Garden in the Conwy Valley is landscaped in 80 acres and is owned by the National Trust. It contains many important national collections of plants: Magnolias, Eucryhias (large white flowering trees), and Rhododendron forrestii and Embothriums (also called the fire bush, for their flamboyant blossoms).
