We have a residents lounge. Our establishment is fitted with central heating throughout. We have on-site parking. All rooms have TV. All or some rooms have ensuite facilities. Internet access available in rooms or residents lounge.

Description

There are 3 large double bedrooms with en-suites (Snowdon, Bala & Bardsey), a large comfortable lounge and dining room for guests.
Richmond House B&B is situated in the centre of Barmouth with uninterrupted views of the spectacular Cardigan Bay sunsets, only a 2 minute walk from the large, blue flag, Barmouth beach, several excellent restaurants and pubs, and the railway station.

We have ample off-road, private parking for guests, and even have room for your boat and trailer if required! There is storage and a drying room for waterproofs, bikes, canoes, kayaks, surfboards etc. A wireless broadband internet connection is also available should you need to keep in touch whilst on holiday.

Location
Directions: Although our address is on the Barmouth High Street, the access to our car park is from Jubilee Road and into the back of the house.
To get to Barmouth, you will pass either Harlech (if approaching from the North) or Dolgellau (if approaching from the South or East).

If arriving from Harlech direction:
Follow the road from Harlech and it will bring you into the centre of town, and onto the High Street. You enter the one way system (passing Woolworths on your right) and after about 200 metres the one way system goes right – follow this round the corner and up the slope. You are now on Jubilee Road. As you turn the next bend, you will see a garage on the right hand side, and beyond the garage there is a hedge also on the right. The gates to Richmond House are the only gates in the hedge – the name is on the gate post and our AA sign is also shown there.

If arriving from Dolgellau direction:
Follow the road from Dolgellau into Barmouth – it will bring you into town with the railway on your left and The Last Inn on the right hand side. Stay on this road until you reach a junction, where the one way system forces you to go left - follow this round the corner and up the slope. You are now on Jubilee Road. As you turn the next bend, you will see a garage on the right hand side, and beyond the garage there is a hedge also on the right. The gates to Richmond House are the only gates in the hedge – the name is on the gate post and our AA sign is also shown there.
