The accommodation is in our 18th century grade II listed farmhouse and two farm cottages. The historic character and period features of a traditional flint and brick Norfolk home combine with the modern touches you need to relax. We want you to enjoy and remember your visit here.

The 3 Double Rooms (or 2 Double & 1 Twin) have En-suites, Colour television and Tea/coffee making facilities.

We offer a full English breakfast with home made and local produce. Guests may relax in the comfortable guest lounge or stroll in the peaceful, mature gardens.

The Pulford Room is a tranquil room with four-poster bed and en-suite shower room looking out on the front of the property with views across the fields to North Walsham.

The Orton Room is a comfortably furnished suite of rooms which look out onto the farm. There is a large double bedroom and seating area plus a luxury en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and a separate shower.

The Stafford is a sunny yellow room with double bed, settee and an en-suite shower room. This room looks out over the farm towards the coast.
